Pressure distribution measurement system for silicon wafers

Support yield improvement through pressure management!

◆ We prepare sensor sheets according to the size of the silicon wafer. ◆ We support both batch and individual sheet processing. ◆ The sensor sheets are ultra-thin, with a thickness of about 0.1mm, allowing measurements in conditions very close to actual use. ◆ Measurement data can be displayed in 2D and 3D screens. Additionally, the captured data can be replayed, and the analysis functions are well-equipped (please contact us for compatible computer models).

NK-OPTIS Fiber Optic Temperature Information System

It is possible to measure the temperature distribution of the target equipment over a very long distance using a single optical fiber. By changing the shape according to the measurement object, precise temperature acquisition is also possible.

I believe many companies have traditionally used thermocouples and heat-sensitive wires for fire prediction measures, but with the recent trend of larger and more widespread factory equipment, the costs for wiring, installation work, and maintenance after operation have often increased. Our system allows for extensive temperature measurement and monitoring by deploying a single optical fiber sensor with a diameter of a few millimeters as the measurement target. Conventional measuring devices often require electricity for measurement, which can necessitate explosion-proof measures in some cases, but by using optical fibers, it is possible to implement a fundamentally safe solution. Recently, with the liberalization of electricity, there has been significant attention on the use of our technology for abnormal monitoring of fuel transport equipment associated with the construction of power plants. In addition to the commonly envisioned linear fibers, we also utilize specialized sensors through custom processing for temperature measurement in confined spaces or short spans, catering to various applications. Of course, it is also possible to build monitoring systems that repurpose existing fibers. Our technology is utilized for monitoring areas such as joint trenches and underground facilities, where people typically do not enter, contributing to the safety of on-site workers. Pressure distribution measurement system "Prelia i"

A pressure distribution measurement system with streamlined software features that allows anyone to easily perform measurements.

"Preliar i" is a system that displays pressure distribution applied to an ultra-thin approximately 0.1mm thick film sensor sheet on a PC or tablet screen. The sensing points can be up to approximately 2000, allowing for the display of high-density pressure distribution. It is compatible with PCs and tablets equipped with Windows OS, and measurement can be performed simply by pressing the operation buttons in order from the top. 【Features】 ■ Compatible with PCs and tablets equipped with Windows OS ■ Measurement can be performed by simply pressing the operation buttons in order from the top ■ Sensing points can be up to approximately 2000, displaying high-density pressure distribution ■ Real-time display of pressure distribution, capable of measuring time-series changes ■ Measurement possible with a maximum sampling rate of 100Hz *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
